The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always ready to go above and beyond. Highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality rehabilitation and healthcare!
Lonestar has been with me for the last 6 months thru 4 hip surgeries. Leaving and then coming back to more stays. Let's just say I don't think I could have made it without them. The nurses are excellent. On top of all my changing orders. Proactive in making sure I have my meds that I need. The CNA's all know be by name and stop to make sure I'm doing ok and help to keep morale high. Physical Therapy has worked so hard to keep me active and within the confines of what the surgeon wanted. Helping without hurting. Group therapy is a lot of fun. Occupational Therapy has solved issues with…

Occupational Therapy has solved issues with dressing and being independent. Something as simple as brushing my teeth but not being out of my wheelchair. I just love how the maintenance staff keep my room so refreshing and sparkling. It's just makes it more homey. The only con there is the food. I know I'm just one among many that they cook for and their fish on Fridays are great. The good thing is I have learned how to order in and door dash gets it here for me. So all in all I wouldn't go to any other place for rehabilitation or for long term care. Lonestar Ranch has great people and they provide a great service to the community. ❤️

What I like most about Lone Star Ranch rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is their memory Care Unit. The staff are attentive and patient. I enjoy seeing the residents have fun during group exercises and activities. The nursing facility is clean and smells good

Great facility and great staff. Had the pleasure of meeting RN B.McKee, she was Very caring and attentive RN. Always treats residents with respect and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. Great communication and professionalism.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Briana Mckee, the Admissions Coordinator at Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Navigating rehab and healthcare decisions for a loved one can be incredibly overwhelming, but having someone like her to guide you makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine dedication to the patients truly stand out. It is wonderful knowing this facility has such a caring person at the front lines welcoming people in!
