4.3 · 54 reviewsI don’t have a single complaint about this facility! The staff is amazing, caring and supportive. Therapy is top tier. They answer call lights in a timely manner. The food is really good. It’s a nice calm atmosphere. Admission coordinator works with insurance companies. You can have things from home to make your stay more comfortable. I give them 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean facility, no odors. Plenty of parking. Staff are amazing, and helpful. Administrative staff are friendly and helpful.
Do not at any cost put your loved one in this facility. They do not care and response time for answering the call button was around 40 mins which is not acceptable. I do not care how short handed they may be stop taking on more patiens/clients if that is the case. Everyone's loved ones deserve top care not when they're able to get to you. If you dont like your job just say so and move on. My mother is a high fall risk and all they did for her was put a mattress down and even after that she would end up on the cold hard floor with them leaving her there. Do not at any cost put your loved one in this facility. They do not care and response time for answering the call button was around 40 mins which is not acceptable. I do not care how short handed they may be stop taking on more patiens/clients if that is the case. Everyone's loved ones deserve top care not when they're able to get to you. If you dont like your job just say so and move on. My mother is a high fall risk and all they did for her was put a mattress down and even after that she would end up on the cold hard floor with them leaving her there. I walked in the other day and she was on the cold hard floor crying and miserable there's no telling how long she was just laying on that floor. I went and spoke with someone who told me well shes been doing that all day. And I asked her was it not your job at the very least to help her off that cold hard floor? She was under the impression that well she keeps doing it so just leave her there. If that isn't neglect please let me know what is. And after I arrived and spoke to someone then they run in there and checked her blood pressure got her showered like they know they were in the wrong and trying to cover it up. My husband had to get her off that floor. Do not I repeat do not send your loved ones to lubbock health care center. Also staff should not be cussing at the guests that come to see their loved ones. This place at the very least needs to be investigated. Do your research!!!!

Where to begin! The facility is so beautiful and well managed; you can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents. I would absolutely recommend Lubbock Health Care to anyone looking for care of their loved one.

Came to visit my step dad an this place is horrible his bed don't work hasn't worked since he first got here they left him in his wheel chair for almost 4 hours this is unacceptable I mean I understand his insurance pays but got dang he should still get attention this place would b the last place I would recommend for anybody
I love the residents and staff at Lubbock Healthcare. We have a great team and we take care of the residents well and treat them like family 💕💕
