Went to look for an assisted living facility for my mom. Talked to Keelie who did a great job in answering all our questions. She was very professional in her presentation. She even took the time to call me back and to remind me if I needed anything else to call anytime. So if you are in need of a facility, I highly recommend talking with Keelie.
My mom moved to Mackenzie Court. I like the size and the cleanliness of it. I like the administration, and how open they are that you can go to them and ask questions or have concerns, and they immediately take care of it. Her room has an adequate size. They do have internet access. She's got a courtyard view, so she has a good view of the outside. Her particular room has a closet, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a little sink in that area. The nursing staff have some good five-star ones, and then they have some that are just there for the job. I haven't seen any of the activities because of…

I haven't seen any of the activities because of the how my mom is there, but as far as the availability of them, what they have daily, and the lady who's involved in the activities, I have talked to her several times, I would rate a five.
I love the facility and the staff. We picked this community because of the affordability, cleanliness, and it was beautiful.
My Mom loves it and they are so nice! She is happy and comfortable. All the staff love her and I never have any complaints at all! My mom has been there about four months and loves it there at Mackenzie Court! We are so happy to have found a place that we are satisfied with.
Staff was incredibly patient with my often difficult father. It gave me great piece of mind to know he was in their capable, and caring hands.
My mom has been in assisted living over the last 10 years and this has been the best one. We have been here the longest and enjoy the small community feel. The core staff have been there over 5 years and the new management company has continued the staff benefits and living wages. The care takers are patient and responsive when called to help. The administration is quick to address any concerns I have. The new activity director takes the time to find something that interests each resident and involves all the residents in planning events. They have recently added a monthly support group meeting for care givers that’s open to anyone. Overall, this is a good place with caring people.
Very clean, friendly, and full of activities for the residents. My dad has been there about one and a half months; the move was tough on him, but the staff has done a good job helping him orient himself. His Alzheimer’s is progressing quickly seems like, but the staff has done well by checking on him more often and helping him get from his room and back. Overall I’d give them an A.
My Mom passed away on [date removed] Mackenzie Place is not my favorite place right now. I can't get answers to my questions concerning the final bill, and they have not reported her death to the pharmacy. And we're still getting bills.
