4.3 · 133 reviewsHorrible maintenance! About had it when the door keypad was broken and I COULDNT ENTER THE BUILDING! Imagine if first responders needed to get in! Those seconds matter! Also, NOTHING BETTER THAN A LITTLE HEAT STROKE FOR THE ELDERLY AM I RIGHT??? The AC has been broken for WEEKS and still hasn't been fixed. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE HELL HOLE!

This community is located in a good area, convenient to stores and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can see it in how they treat residents. It is a nice place to retire. The new chef has improved the food and services. Definitely gets a thumbs up from me! 👍

The staff at this place allowed someone to accost my mom and she had to go to the hospital. I was not able to do anything about this because I live in California and am studying to be a software engineer.
Mr Madison Estates in hi white Van parked in front of HEB on WURZBACH. He blocked the entire entrance doorway. You have a Rude employee flying your flag!!!!!
I went in to get some information about this place because I heard so many good things about it. They were so helpful at answering everything I needed to know. The staff was so nice. It good to see friendly faces when entering a building.
Under new ownership, they are increasing the menu items, sprucing up the place. I would recommend to others.
The staff other than 1 admin, are all wonderful and kind. But the lady in admin never gets back to you in a timely manner. The food here is also very bad, especially for the cost of this place. While maintenance is kind, they still have not resolved a few issues I brought up over two weeks ago.
