Mrs. Fox has been an amazing in helping me navigate the community. Mattie the social worker is super helpful. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for all you do!
My experience at this facility is extraordinary!! The people are nice. The staff is exceptional. Ms. Fox goes above and beyond to ensure you're well taken care of. If I could I would give a ten star!! Thank you so much to you all!!

I have been visiting this facility for years! So much that I consider the staff and residents close friends! The physical therapy team is incredible and so encouraging to the residents. The nurses are attentive and the Aides have wonderful relationships with the residents. The housekeeping staff is top notch, keeping the facility not only looking great but also smelling great! The activity director is so creative about providing fun events like casino night and even outings in the community. The social worker is an amazing advocate for the residents and she has such a sweet disposition that makes her so comfortable to approach. I could sing praises all day! This facility is a wonderful asset to our community! We are so blessed to have this amazing team caring for our seniors! I highly recommend that you pay the facility a visit, ask for April and she will happily give you a tour of this beautiful home!
April Fox, Marketing & Admissions, answered all my questions that I had when I toured this beautiful facility. Everyone was smiling and the residents looked really happy. I think my mother will be happy here.

We are beyond grateful to Madisonville Care Center, and especially to April Fox. April happened to be at the right place at the right time—and it truly felt like the stars aligned for our family. Her kindness, compassion, and support made all the difference as we were making one of the hardest decisions: finding the right care for my brother. The entire team at Madisonville Care Center has shown incredible professionalism and heart. From day one, they made my brother feel welcomed and treated him with the dignity and respect he deserves. The environment is clean, comforting, and full of people who truly care. Thank you, Madisonville Care Center—and thank you, April, for being our guiding light when we needed it most
