Failure to provide assistance during transfer from the restroom, resulting in neglect. Inadequate supervision inconsistent with the resident’s established care plan. Instances of verbal intimidation and emotional mistreatment. Unclean and unhygienic living conditions. Ongoing structural disrepair and lack of proper facility upkeep. Conditions and practices that may violate state licensing and regulatory standards. Concern regarding potential retaliation, underscoring the importance of thorough documentation.

Great care for loved ones. Safe peaceful environment and great leadership!

Jeri, Kelley and the rest of the team at Bellville do a terrific job in caring for all of the residents.

We did a virtual tour with Rose Hill. I would tell others looking just to make sure you really understand how medicaid works in your state because everything stated it not always true.
