I absolutely love Maple Ridge Retirement Community! ❤️ It has such a warm, welcoming, and positive environment. The managers truly care about every resident and go above and beyond to make sure they feel loved, supported, and included. I also love how active Maple Ridge is in the community and how much effort they put into keeping the residents involved and enjoying life. It really feels like a place where residents are treated like family. I’m so thankful for the wonderful people who make Maple Ridge such a special place! 💕
I’ve lived at Maple Ridge for five and a half years. I enjoy my apartment in this well-maintained building. My housekeeper, Melissa, does an outstanding job. I’ve made several very good friends over the years and greatly enjoy their company. My guests always enjoy their visits with me at Maple Ridge and my caregivers are excellent.

I had the opportunity to visit Maple Ridge and it is a beautiful facility, however I found the staff to be condescending especially a lady serving the fruit at the Red White and Blue function. Others were borderline unfriendly except for Greg who was wonderful.
My Father moved there 3 months ago and is doing so well. The staff is awesome! Super compassionate and always willing to help. Clean and friendly environment and the food is very good. lots of fun activities for your loved one to join in on. Thank you for making my Dad feel so comfortable.
My mom moved into Maple Ridge three months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment she arrived, everyone has been incredibly welcoming. She has made so many new friends, including members of the wonderful staff. I can’t say enough about how friendly, caring, and attentive the management team, housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff have been. We also hired a caregiving team that has offices on-site, and they have been equally amazing. We transferred from another Hawthorn property, and one of the biggest differences has been the dining experience. Instead of complaints about the food, my mom genuinely enjoys the meals at Maple Ridge. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and inviting, and the managers are visible and engaged with residents and families. I always enjoy visiting my mom and being greeted by so many friendly faces. If you’re looking for a senior living community where residents are cared for and truly feel at home, I highly recommend Maple Ridge.
I've had an incredible experience with communication. All expectations exceeded and professionalism was unparalleled.Greg Hatori is the man! This is a wonderful place to bring elderly parents or family.We've had an incredible experience taking the pressure off.My parents has really improved their life and health highly recommended.
