Resident & family reviews
4.9 · 7 reviews[name removed] is very kind and patient. She has many years of experience with dementia residents. She has their best interests in mind at all times, feeds them healthy meals and snacks, and monitors their health every day. She has been a blessing to our mother, and to our family to know she's in such good hands. We're glad that residential home care was suggested when we had to start searching for a memory care facility. It offers a homey environment that we feel is a much more comfortable transition coming from her home.
[name removed] goes above and beyond the call of duty! And genuinely cares about your loved one. She and her staff are very friendly, honest & professional. And will honor and show compassion to your loved one.
What a kind compassionate woman! Very well run, truly cares, was truly a blessing to send [name removed] with her. I would not only recommend her but I would entrust her with my husband or myself ! Simple home with exceptional care.

Personal care tailored to her specific needs. I like that there aren't 12 residents in the house. Margaret is very knowledgeable about the care the residents need; she's accommodating and very friendly. The staff onsite has been there a long while...I have not seen a lot of turnover in staff since we've been there, although it's only been a few months.
I toured the house and was happy with what I saw. We are very happy. [name removed] is a sweetheart. She truly care about her patients. She keeps a very clean home and her care givers are sweet.
I'm sorry I was so long to respond. Unfortunately, [name removed] had to be hospitalized and is unable to move in at this time. I can only rate the first 3 items as she was never admitted.
Daphne [removed], the operator of this home care residence, is an extremely sweet woman and I could tell she would be very good and patient when working with the elderly. She has been taking care of the elderly since 1975. The house was clean and the residents seemed happy. The rooms are already furnished, which is a nice benefit. We did give her place a try in a semi-private room, but it didn't work out for my step-father who is at the beginning stages of dementia and insists he can walk anywhere on his own (but gets lost). He was only there for a day before we had to bring him back home.
