I want to say that I love Mayberry Gardens, especially the staff, Nicole. She has taken care of my loved one and she has been very good and answered all of my questions when I was unsure about something. I recommend Mayberry Gardens for your family.
My mom was in house #1 for 31/2 months, the staff there was always caring, and helpful. Ada is a sweet and kind person, she was always on top of everything and there when mom needed her,my mom thought of her as a friend. When you walk in it feels like home, and the food smelled so good! It was always a clean and cheerful place.Towards the end Nicole was so helpful in guiding us through everything, every time I needed help or didn’t know what to do Nicole was always there. They all went above and beyond for my mother and I appreciate them all so much. I am so glad we chose this facility.
Thank you to the staff for caring for my grandparents, especially: Ana Jasmin Glenda Alejandra Mirna
to whom it may concern i wanted to give my compliment's to Mayberry Gardenens Assisted Living. i have been in 3 facilities since 2016 and Mayberry Garden's Assisted Living has the most friendliness staff and caregiver's. everyone has been super nice. i will be here 1 year as of March 1st, 2025. i love my room and i feel i have found my home. i can get outside and walk and i can walk in the hall for my exercise. the manager here at house 5 is wonderful with the resident's and you can feel the love she gives the resident's and what she does and the food is very good. i don't know what else to say except i'm happy living here at Mayberry Gardens Assisted Living. keep up the good work and you will have a lot of happy resident's. last of all the administrator's, Kim and Nicole are always willing to help you. Joel, the maintenance man is always willing to do something for you. i don't know what else to say but Mayberry Gardens Assisted Living is a wonderful place to live. God Bless Diane Fisher
I wish I had all the right words to express my appreciation for Nicole and her wonderful staff in House #1. My husband was only there for about 2 weeks before he passed. The care he received from Adrianna, Mariela and Cindy was amazing. Alonda was my rock throughout those 2 weeks and was so kind and so thoughtful to both my husband and me. Nicole was on top of literally everything- including reaching out to Hospice, making certain his meds were ordered and dispensed, managing move-ins, all while caring for approximately 75 residents. Nicole was 100%accessible, night or day, professional, but most importantly compassionate. Not one person I’ve told about our experience can relate at all. Their assisted living experiences ranged from not great to horrid. This is a first class operation in every way and it starts with Nicole.
I have no idea how Mayberry Gardens qualifies as a “memory care” facility. We moved my mother in on June 12th and had to move her out by June 17th due to the facility’s gross incompetence, negligence, and disturbing lack of basic human decency. A member of our family was visiting every day to monitor her care. On Saturday, June 14th, I checked the in-room camera we had installed and saw something horrifying: two staff members wheeled her into the room, placed her on the bed with no blankets or support, and left her there—unconscious—for over two hours. I had to call the facility myself after seeing this, and only then did they inform me that she was lethargic when the staff who I spoke with had come on duty at 6pm. I then had to call Hospice to have them come check her vitals, no one ever reached out to me to let me know she was out cold in her room. I knew by looking they had way over-dosed her but on what I had no idea because I had not given my permission for anything to be given to her. The next morning, when I checked the camera again before heading over, I saw EMTs in her room. No one from the facility had called to notify me. I had to contact them to find out what was happening. We later discovered that staff had actually given her ABH Gel—a sedative, hallucinogen, and pain medication—not the medication we had discussed possibly giving her. This drug was never authorized by me or any other family member. This is a clear case of chemical restraint and overmedication—actions that are unethical, dangerous, and illegal. We have reported Mayberry Gardens to the state, but I’m sharing our story in hopes that no other family has to go through this nightmare. Please, if you are considering this facility for a loved one, think again.
Nicole is a star! Super helpful and knowledgeable… also helps that it’s always clean there. Well earned 5 ⭐️
I cant say enough good things about mayberry. It is always clean and the residents and staff always are welcoming. The girls in h4 and h3 are especially wonderful. I come to the facility 3 to 4 times a week as i work for a home Health agency and i would put my loved one here . Thank you Nicole and the staff of h3 and h4!
