I was a patient here and I was treated like famiy. Every staff member was professional, polite and comforting. I want to thank the entire staff. And I apologize for the days I wasn't pleasant. I thank all of you! I highly recommend Memorial City Nursing and Rehabilitation.

I came today to pick up friend who had spine, head and neck surgery who also has issues with his hip. He was in a wheelchair taller than myself and my husband. The staff just told him yo sign discharge papers and left him all alone no one came out with him to help him get into the car. He also asked them to help him get ready an hour before we came. They came to him 10 mins before we came. They were just looking at us struggling to get him inside the car, then came at the end to take their wheelchair and said you got him?? SERIOUSLY?! It makes me sick to my stomach to think this is a medical…

It makes me sick to my stomach to think this is a medical facility where people show empathy and compassion take care of the sick like as if they were their own ! I would not recommend this place at all!

This place is horrible, I was there for rehabilitation, and the rehab was the best, but the nursing care like living with Beetlejuice. Horrified. I wouldn't let my parents or even a animal to stay there overnight. The physical therapy crew is the best, it keep me there for my rehabilitation.

The staff are incredible especially Ronnie Therapy was very good. I am very happy. I chose this place because I have a very dear friend here and I knew some of the patients in the staff. I highly recommend it.

Uraimy Cabrales is A+++. Her pleasant demeanor, outstanding character and commitment to her craft is evident. She is knowledgeable as well as proactive which is unique especially in the environment such as this one. Uraimy is a great example for what service is about. Her leadership will positively impact and improve others.

Really caring staff

Pt,social worker and activities director were great. Most nursing was good.

Charles L. Nurse is the absolute worst medical professional I have ever encountered. Very rude and unprofessional it really makes you question the quality of the entire facility. Will definitely be taking my mom out of there immediately.
