4.4 · 69 reviewsA lot of hard working people making your loved ones feel like they’re at home. It starts with the ED Beth down to the nurse Kris and then you’re med techs to care giver’s. And then you have houes keeping and then you have your chefs who work hard to make sure that they learn your loved one likes or thing’s they can’t have do Allergies.
This community has made significant improvements since the Executive Director, Beth Jordan has been there. Love the dining room decor and increase in activities.

Mercer Terrace Assisted Living is an amazing community. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I enjoy watching the expressions and interactions between the staff and residents. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Assisted Living.

My father who's now 101 has been in Mercer since 2017. They've had their share of changes. Some good and some less so. I want to say that since 12Oaks took over there has been a move towards excellence that we greatly appreciate. The staff is very dedicated to helping in any way possible and they're just good people.
The facility was quiet, clean and friendly and comfortable. Everyone was nice. She was only there for about 6 weeks before she passed away so she wasn't able to participate in any of the activities but from my observations it seems that there were lots of nice activities keeping folks engaged. My only complaint was that mom was supposed to get a land yard call button her first week and she never received one even after multiple requests. The staff was nice to her and to me. Thanks I would recommend Mercer Terrace to someone in the same situation
Friendly, caring people. They do a good job keeping things clean and in good repair.
