Best facility!!
Dad's been to so many Nursing homes, slash rehabs. He said he was impressed that this one was a very good place. Wanted to get better and come home. He gained weight and got him walking again. His only complaint was the food was bad.
My initial experience was quick and professional- they helped with what I needed and directed me quickly- no passing the buck no run around- very pleased
Apparently their HR cannot be bothered for anything. The lady is EXTREMELY rude and had my staff member waiting there for 35 mins to finish up her lunch to "accept" a Verification of employment letter when the receptionist could have just given it to her. This is our third attempt at getting this done. Reaching out to the HHSC next as I've never had an issue with an employer not wanting to take care of their employees.
