UPDATED : 9/19 Took my mother out to dinner on 9/11 but was unaware when I got to the restaurant her entire wheelchair was covered in diarrhea and nobody had cleaned it so it dripped all over my trunk. Mind you my mother was completely clean, so they cleaned her up but left under the chair cushion covered with diarrhea.. and she was drunk. This place is neglectful at the least, nursing didn't care when I reported it to Alex this morning and hung up on me because I told her I dont want to have to tell her how to do her job. Unacceptable New CNA Brittany was so abusive and mean to my mother and…

Wonderful staff, great care, and a welcoming environment. Thank you for everything you do for your residents!
Ok so here’s the truth about this place. When mom had to be in a nursing home because she thought she can still do it all and reality hit her hard when she had a fall and got broken, putting her in a home was the last thing me and my sisters wanted . Then they told us about this place and we did our own research and what it said was things like stay away don’t do it. I went in for a tour and wanted to see it for myself because the information I found online was when it was owned by another company named Meridian or Medina. Now this place is owned by someone else and the name is changed.…
Now this place is owned by someone else and the name is changed. Anyway we went In for a tour and the place was decently clean , some rooms were a little dark but there was nurses and other girls that help the patients. They showed us a therapy room that mom would go to the dining room etc. I asked a staff member if they would put their mom in this place I’m sure they thought I was a visitor for someone else jajaja. I think she was a manager but she said yes . She said she worked at other places and other places first thing you can tell is that it smells. This place didn’t smell and there was a lot of people there. Good thing I went and saw it for myself . The place is good so far and mom had been happy, she found herself a comadre in there. She’s been there a while now and it’s been good, the nurses tell me what mom did or if they had any issues with her. Don’t read reviews from what this place was before when it was Medinarn instead go and visit yourself. I’ll update again when mom been there a year coming up. Gracias à la manager que me ayudó. Gracias por cuidar a mamá.
This nursing facility provided great care to my grandmother. Having been skeptical about nursing homes, this facility put me at ease with the care provided. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone
Caring staff, always helpful and courteous.
Great care for your loved ones because of their great nursing Leader Morvyn Director Of Nursing!
Attentive staff. Good with residents.
Our family had such a positive experience during our loved one’s respite stay. From the beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and confident that they were in good hands. Nurse Ashley was truly amazing. She showed so much compassion, patience, and attentiveness throughout the stay. She genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does. She always treated our loved one with dignity and kindness. Sierra was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable whenever we had questions. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, which gave us great peace of mind. We’re so grateful for the care shown by the team there.
