3.8 · 216 reviewsYou guys are very professional, and you show knowledge of what you are doing. You know how to accept patients as we are, different people. The whole housekeeping staff, Marsha keeps my room clean, I don’t know the others names but they all are very sweet. Therapy has been great, Kourtney Kim and Kendra come get me every morning and the aides make sure I have everything I need. Priscilla has been very sweet too.
My brother lives at Methodist transitional care and I trust them with him the staff especially on the 4 hall are attentive to his needs as well as my needs for him. Brittney the activities person is awesome she makes sure that they are engaged. It is 5 minutes from my home so that’s an added bonus.

Awesome place!
My mother came to Methodist Transitional for rehabilitation hoping to walk again after having a triple bypass heart surgery. While attending, She had experienced great patient care & had a blast with the best rehab team they have. The goal was to get her back walking again & we’ve concurred our goal…Big Shout Out to the Caring Staff & to the Best Therapy Team…Keep up the good work👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
This was a pleasant experience while my family member was here will recommend this place for rehab.

Amazing place. My mom was here for the longest time and everyone helped her out every single time we needed. Jennifer in particular really helped us with the medicaid application. I cant stress how amazing these people are more
