First and foremost I'd like to thank the PT staff, especially Veronica, Shay, & Brandy who primarily worked with me to get out of the wheelchair and into the walker. Gabby and Giselle were also very helpful. My thanks to all of them. CNAs who are very attentive, timely, helpful and forever cheerful are Lisa, Natasha, Isiah, Nay, Andrea, & Candice. I spent 5 weeks at MML rehabbing a broken left femur. First and foremost I'd like to thank the PT staff, especially Veronica, Shay, & Brandy who primarily worked with me to get out of the wheelchair and into the walker. Gabby and Giselle were also very helpful. My thanks to all of them. CNAs who are very attentive, timely, helpful and forever cheerful are Lisa, Natasha, Isiah, Nay, Andrea, & Candice. RNs who are helpful: Dutch, Humberto, and Vivian. Med Ladies who are attentive and timely with my meds: Ola, Lucy, & Marcela. My thanks to Cheryl, shower lady, who took very good care of my shower needs. :) I also appreciated the drivers who took me to my several MD appointments: Tina and Mariana. I also enjoyed my conversations with Leslie (social worker), Meghan (Nursing Director), and Kyle (Administrator), all who have very tough jobs to fulfill, because of the nature of skilled nursing home patients. Apologize if I overlooked anyone, by my count there are over 50+ staff members, who all work hard every day and night. Sincerely, John B Haug PS. Meals in room should be served hot. My wife had to reheat many of them. Most meals were good, some not so much. Fix ice cream machine :)
If it was not for Brandy in Therapy I would not be standing and walking. That has made such a difference in my life. I've enjoy my stay here, the therapy staff is great! This facility gives you a great opportunity to succeed.
I stayed at MML, twice for different reasons and the staff is amazing! Between the helpers, the physical therapists and Management, I was amazed at how wonderful the staff was. I would highly recommend MML. Natasha, Cheryl, Ro, Brittany and Brandy are amazing. I had a hard time because I couldn't put pressure on my left leg because I had broken two bones. Between the Nurses, OCNs and physical therapists, I am able to walk again.

This is a wonderful place on earth that we stumbled upon with receiving some devastating news. It came at a perfect time. We struggled with trying to find a place that would assist a veteran without having to pay crazy out-of-pocket cost. I came in contact with Valerie whom in turn got the ball rolling. Fast forward to today, my brother left the facility with a grand celebration, with a smile on his face! He was going home. This is a Fabulous place that will care for your loved one and treat them with respect. BIG Thank you to Mr. Kyle Bost, such a kind heart, and ALL the super sweet, sincere and genuine, caring staff. Just to mention a few I had the pleasure of meeting, Belinda, A'Toya, Haley up front, Hailey, a cool cat, one of the many keepers of the ciggs.. Vivian, shout out to Lisa, Ola, Dutch, Christina, LaQuana, Natasha, Emma, Angel, you guys ROCK and Ms. Leslie for getting the after care in order and much more!! I am sure I left many out but know, your kind, friendly and genuine souls did not go unnoticed. .you all are walking Angels on this earth. GOD bless you all! Forever. Amen. 🙏
My mother-in-law spent her last 3 months at MML. She had advanced Alzheimer’s and was also convalescing a broken leg. The staff was incredible, they showed her so much love and care. And the administrative staff was very helpful as well. Those were difficult days but the care she received made them easier.
I have a 93 year old Mother in law at Midland Medical Lodge for weeks now. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with the care she is receiving. Everyone employed there have been so helpful and kind to her and us. We highly recommend this facility if your loved one needs medical care
Hailey was the worst staff, Not professional at all. Needs to be fired treated my mom very bad.
Jasmine has been amazing and helped get my father approved for Medicaid so quickly! She was a true lifesaver for us!
