Millbrook is a great place for your Family members. The staff are caring the facility is clean and the staff are pleasant. The receptionist is very welcoming and will help you with a smile. Thank you Millbrook for having a great facility.

They are kind and caring, at least everyone I come in contact with caring for my auntie. Monique treats all her patients like family, which we really appreciate. Now, the place is somewhat depressing because they do not have many activities for the patients. To see the people sitting around is sad, but they are attentive to guests.

Millbrook is an exceptional facility! Immediately when you walk in you are met with smiling faces from both the staff and the residents. Facility is kept clean, smells good, is well decorated and overall pleasant to be in. Issues are handled promptly and the staff has great communication. I would and have recommended Millbrook to others! The rehab department is awesome. They supportive, incredibly encouraging and are willing to battle with insurance to ensure you get the therapy needed! From the long term side, it is clear the residents are cared for and loved. There are always fun events/outings planned, games, prizes, banquets, church and countless other activities to keep the residents busy and involved! This is not your average Nursing home or rehab center. They strive for excellence, take constructive feedback and care about the difference they make in the lives if others.
