My mom has resided here for several years, and the service has steadily gone down. My mom’s apartment is infested with roaches. The food quality in the kitchen was once acceptable, but now it’s unreliable and mediocre. Lastly, my mom had a friend’s son come and walk her dog daily, and was told it was no longer allowed because of a ‘conflict of interest’ because he was the son of an employee. Shortly thereafter they introduced a Pet Sitting company that residents could pay for to get help with their pets. These people already pay very high rent and live on a fixed income, and now they offer a “service” with outrageous fees. Be wary if you’re considering having your elderly family members consider living here.

Great place for my Father-in-law to live.

What a place! Such sweet people and a pleasure to sing for the rest and staff .

Nice people!

Food and waiters could be improved, but I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The place sometimes smells like urine in spots Meal times are too close together and there aren't heart healthy options available at each meal. It also doesn't seem fair that those who want seconds aren't allowed to get them, while others are allowed to waste everything on their plate. There doesn't seem to be much done to get residents involved other than giving them a calendar

We will move into Morada Deer Park. The facilities and rooms were clean. We have seen the dining area. They have it setup where you can sit down at the table and eat. The staff member assisted us in looking at different apartments and showed us their amenities. She was extremely helpful. We didn't have any questions at that time, but once we got home we had a thousand questions. We called her back, and she answered our questions.

I had one of my friends move here and she really enjoys it.
