I love the environment here.. The staff is so kind with their blissfully hospitality. The residents enjoy a community event monthly that the staff puts together just cute.

My mother lives at Morada East & the food is horrible half of the time. My mom order a loaded bake potato & they brought a potato without anything & I had to go down there to tell them what they had done. Ask where were the trimmings as it was to be a loaded bake potato. Food is served at 11:00am in the cafeteria. My mom’s food was to be delivered & was not delivered until 1:20pm. Again I had to go down to find out why it had not been delivered & where was her food. She ordered vegetable soup once & it was only broth, no vegetables in it. Once when her food was delivered it had been turned…

Once when her food was delivered it had been turned upside down because the food was all over the styrofoam plate & juices from the food all in the bag. This evening they did not bring her food. They lost her ticket. Supper is served at 4:00pm & it was 6:15pm & they had not delivered her food. I went over to check on my mom & she told me. So, I went down to the cafeteria to find out what was going on. They lost her ticket & said they were out of food. And that they lose the residents tickets sometimes. No food left. They gave me a fruit plate & a salad to take back to her. As I was standing in the door way of the kitchen I saw a staff member take a salad out of the cooler uncovered to give to my mom. Then she said well I will give her two salads & took another one out of the cooler uncovered. Attached is a picture of the vegetable soup. As you look at the bottom of the bowl you can see about 4-5 little string carrots & one tiny noodle. It is a shame how they feed & care for the elderly. There is no love in their hearts for serving the elderly as seen in the what & how they cook for the elderly & their carelessness in losing tickets & time frame delivering. My mom orders food as it is included in the rent. But it is a shame to pay for something that is so bad. I will be calling corporate.

I bring my therapy dog to visit the residents here. The staff and residents are wonderful. Monica is very sweet and helpful in setting up times for us to come and even invites us to the resident parties. She’s a true gem. The property is also very well maintained and looks amazing.

I love this little community. It's full of fun, and the decorations are always so beautiful. The activity director Monica Garcia also does an amazing job at planning the outings and parties.
