Everyone was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. My physician sent me home after having a knee replacement. I was having trouble at home, so I had The Manor contacted in hopes they could bring me in for therapy. They worked with my insurance and got the approval. I stayed her a little over a week. The therapy team really encouraged me, and the nursing staff were attentive. I would come back again if I needed.
Uncaring staff on this visit to see a neighbor recently incapacitated and transferred to this facility from hospital. It took 45 minutes to give patient help to the bathroom whilst 5 staff members were more interested in their computers and not their patient's care.VERY SAD.
Everyone there they look you in the eyes. The staff is friendly. They make you feel like you belong. And it is very clean
We toured here at Morningside. It was nice, I would go there! It was clean and the people there were friendly.
We like this, and other friends of ours have been here. It's really nice. I like that you can go from independent living all the way up to skilled nursing. I also like that it's all inclusive. It's a nice place.
My Mom had been staying here in the independent living section, and we had been very happy with that. However, they discontinued the medication service for the independent living, and we were not willing to move her to the assisted living section for this community. Mom had used it before for rehab care and did not like it at all, the rooms were very very small.
tiny kitchen; 2 meals dining hall (continental BF and choice of L or D); beautiful, Huge campus; wished for some kind of artwork for landmarks for very same-looking elevators and hallways (very long unrelieved hallways)
