They helped my parents when they were still in their home, and now that my parents are in assisted living they continue to help with transportation to medical appointments. They truly care about the people they help and go above and beyond in every way. When my parents were still living in their home Mom and Dad were very reluctant to allow anyone to come into the home and help them. If this is the same My Guardian for Life which also has an office on Justin Road in Rockwall, I would recommend them very highly. They helped my parents when they were still in their home, and now that my parents are in assisted living they continue to help with transportation to medical appointments. They truly care about the people they help and go above and beyond in every way. When my parents were still living in their home Mom and Dad were very reluctant to allow anyone to come into the home and help them. My Guardian for Life was very kind and patient and spent time building a relationship with my parents, even bringing them a Bundt cake to help my parents feel comfortable with them being there. I just can't say enough nice things about them. They are honest, dependable, efficient, caring, and professional.
We used this service briefly for homecare for my loved one, and overall they did a great job. The staff and aides were very friendly and professional, and we never had any issues with scheduling or lateness.
