The facility is wonderful. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a bright, cheerful staff that creates a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Their energy truly sets the tone for the entire experience.
Thr staff is very helpful. The CNA,,Chrintine immediately took the things I had for my step-father for his respite stay and put them away for me. Then got him up for lunch in the diningroom before I left. He was already having a good time. Nurse Robert had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I got there. Made the transition so much quicker. I love that it is so close to his home. And the coordinator stayed in contact with me about other things, this helped so much, and helped me relax during my respite time. They are awesome.😊
We’ve had nothing but great things to say about Mystic Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that the staff truly care about their residents and take pride in providing compassionate, quality care. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire team really stand out. A special thank you to Allison, the Assistant Director of Nursing, who is exceptional and always goes above and beyond. And we can’t forget Morissa, who leads the HR department—she has been welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It’s refreshing to see a facility where teamwork, respect, and resident care are clearly top priorities. We highly recommend Mystic Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!
My husband has been at Mystic Park for 6 months. He is very well taken care of. The nurses and CNAs are just wonderful care takers. My husband is treated with respect and empathy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who might be thinking of where to place their loved ones. They receive physical therapy, occupation therapy and if need be, speech therapy
I've been going to this facility and many others for almost 4 years I can definitely say that front desk miss mary is exceptionally the greatest front desk receptionist I have ever came across She is one of the very few front desk receptionists that always has a smile, makes you feel welcomed; and most importantly, she is involved with the patient's and makes them feel involved, seen, and loved.
Staff are always caring and willing to help in any way. I feel my brother is well taken care of at this facility.
Sweet people work there. And the place is beautiful and clean.
A friendly environment as soon as you walk inside the facility.
