My Dad was recently transferred to North Park. He is adjusting well. All of the staff I have met with are very kind and knowledgeable. Jordon worked endlessly to get my Dad into North park. There were so many obstacles in order to get him transferred from out of state. My dad was so lonely before and I’m so appreciative of everything she did to get him here. During the care team meeting yesterday it was obvious they truly care about not only his wellbeing but also his interests.

Yesterday my family attended my Brother’s Memorial Service that was hosted my North Park Health and Rehabilitation Center. Teri and Meredith made sure everything was perfect. These ladies are wonderful. The staff showed so much respect and compassion for my Brother and our family members. I know that when my Brother was there he was loved and cared for at all times. The staff at the facility is truly wonderful. His main nurse Judy is a truly a gifted nurse. My Brother told me me often how much he loved her and how well she took care of him. Thank you again for making this hard time a little…

Jordon was an absolute angel through this entire process of having my dad transferred. If there was a way she was going to find it. Love how serious they take the admission process, there is truly a relief in knowing they care. Again Jordon is AMAZING

Well, let's start. NORTH PARK AT MCKINNEY is pretty good place. It has been good location. The from desk lady Beth she is and some just want a job as gold. Nursing staff is up to date with each patients. Most of the AIDs are good.

I'm laying in bed in pain can't get any pain meds cuz they don't have their own pharmacy so we're waiting for pain meds to get here from wherever. This is not acceptable as far as I'm concerned.

The facilitators at this facility are the best! They are caring and considerate with not just my resident and friend but with all residents. They show patience and the activities the directors plan are great! I can't brag on them enough.

My mom recently went there for a 2 week rehabilitation on her neck - this staff was amazing (especially Beth Watson) I was so impressed with the entire process it changed my moms outlook completely. Thank you ! James

Great nursing care and all staff. Administrator Heven was so helpful.
