Oak Haven Apartment Complex

When I visit my friend, I always see roaches. I asked "Don't they have pest control. She says "Yeah, but they don't even aim their sprayer. And they don't put bait where its needed." She said its been this way for years. Instead of treating apartments every month, its like every 3 months at best. Also, they don't enforce their no smoking lease terms. I go to my friends apartment to see her and her daughter and it smells like cigarettes every time. She constantly tells me it does smell like cigarettes she’s said her and her husband have went to the office and informed them about it they go to the unit above them and says that they don’t smell cigarettes. But every time they complain about the smell they feel stupid because the office comes in their unit and then the unit above and says they don’t smell anything. My elderly mother lived in this roach infested community for three years unfortunately. None of the problems roach infestation, hot water boiler set to low for the entire community on weekends. The maintenance person is not a licensed boiler operator. Don't know how this place gets away with treating elderly people that way. Beware!!
