Horrible place smells, nit the best of care for elderly people

Avir at Burnet has been such a positive experience. The staff truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. The team is attentive, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. The building itself has a warm, welcoming environment, and you can tell there's a focus on improving both care and overall experience. It's reassuring to know your loved one is in a place where compassion and quality care come 1st. Highly recommend Avir at Burnet to anyone looking for skilled nursing or…

We love this place. Very happy with the care my mother is getting.

Worse place ever!!

Absolutely the best place if you need help with your loved ones.

Always had a nice greeting from the staff upon visiting my grandma. The facility seems clean and caring. Very helpful when I have called and asked questions.

My father was a resident of Oaks Nursing Center. When he first stayed there, they got him back on his walker, so that was successful. He went back home for six weeks, then back to the hospital, and back here again. The first time he stayed there, they lost his hearing aid, which was $2,000 we had to come up with out of pocket. He was in a shared room. Medicare-covered the costs, there was no out-of-pocket cost.

Great place!
