Since my mom started living at this facility she is so happy and sociable, the staffs is so kind and understanding especially the SCU , I would recommend to all my friends if they are looking for a place to put their loved one , this is a great home…..
Everyone from entry and staff members was very lively today. Opening the doors for me, answering my question in regards to care for my family member. Family showed great improvement since my last visit.
My father in law hospiced here in 2024. They had him in a semi private room. Finally moving him to a private to die in peace. Although that didn't stop the staff from being loud. We had to tell them and put a sign on the door to keep quiet and NOT bring him food as he couldn't eat anyway. The nurse refused to follow hospice orders for meds and actually argued with me about them. It had to go to the nurse director. It was resolved afterward.
Our family has been blessed with the heartfelt care for our Mom by Ana Arredondo, LVN. She is definitely an asset to this facility!
We really felt the love & concern they showed to a friend we visited today. The smell in there was clean. The people were kind, and our friend said they were treating him very well.
My family member was here and was viciously attacked by three Brown recluse spider bites, and they suffered two terrible falls from bed! And yet, after all this chaos and pain, I am still waiting—no answer, no explanation, no accountability for how this could possibly have happened! It’s beyond frustrating—completely unacceptable! I had no choice but to move my family member to protect them because the level of neglect and carelessness is infuriating! The medical staff appears to be uncertain about the most appropriate method of providing assistance or may lack sufficient training in diagnosing.
