From the moment we walked into One Stone Oak Senior Living, we felt the difference. They took the time to understand our loved one’s personality, routines, and preferences, and then built a plan around those details. The result has been compassionate, personalized care that preserves dignity while creating a real sense of community. What impressed us most is how seamlessly One Stone Oak partners with families. They’re proactive about medical needs, attentive to physical wellbeing, and equally invested in the social side—encouraging activities, connections, and moments of joy. Phenomenal care provided by an exceptional team of caregivers! The facility was always spotless and safety was the priority. The residents received personalized care according to need, and response times were immediate. I highly recommend OneStone Oak Senior Living!

Their staff and leadership really stepped up to help me understand the various components of care needed for my Joe and addressed all of our concerns. While there were other facilities available for us to consider, OneStone Osks was fresh and clean, serving hot home cooked meals in an inclusive environment that made a difficult decision a whole like easier. OneStone Oak Senior Living assisted care facility has been a Godsend for our family. Residents here receive the most compassionate care of any assisted care facility I have experienced or visited. I have visited at least 15 and have had a loved one in three other facilities. The care provided at OneStone Oak surpasses them all. The caregivers here constantly monitor our loved one’s vitals and safety, encourage him to participate in ability appropriate activities, and allow him needed rest times throughout the day. Three home cooked meals are provided daily by their dedicated chef. Outside engaging entertainment is provided on a regular basis. There is a spacious covered porch for residents to enjoy the outdoors when weather permits. Once I realized that our loved one required more care than I could provide, I looked for a facility where I would feel comfortable leaving him. Privately owned, with only a dozen residents, OneStone Oak has provided a place where he can thrive. I definitely recommend this facility.
Our family cannot thank OneStone Oak enough for the beautiful care they provided our mom. They treated her with dignity and respect and did all they could to make her life as comfortable as possible. I love the family environment as well as the communication with family members. I whole heartily recommend OneStone Oak, and am so happy our mom was a resident.

My family member was only at OneStone Senior Living for a short time, but the care she received was truly excellent. The staff didn’t just do their jobs — they cared. We could feel it in the way they spoke to her, checked on her, and made sure she was as comfortable as possible. What stood out was how they supported us, too. On long days when we stayed with her, they made sure we had meals and never made us feel like we were in the way. That kind of compassion meant more than we can say. If you’re looking for a place that treats your loved one like family, I would absolutely recommend OneStone Oak Senior Living.
Unlike anything I expected; OneStone Oak was above and beyond. Florin and his entire staff treated me with dignity, respect and genuine care. I was so nervous about entering an assisted living environment but they all immediately put my fears away. Everything I experienced during my stay was completely professional, upbeat and comforting; , while also immaculately clean and sanitary. The other residents are also receiving the best of care and are never abandoned or slighted. Thank you FLORIN, LORENA, NAOMI and everyone on staff for making my days here truly special. Because of you, I’m returning home rehabilitated and secure. I truly do feel blessed. PS: thank you for connecting me with GREG HENSON also. He is remarkable!
