4.1 · 18 reviewsI can't recommend anyone rent here. The manager is a real piece of work. The staff didn't seem all that friendly or welcoming when I stopped by. The property overall just looks really unkempt and all over the place. They even keep the back entrance open at night. Like they want someone to break in or something. I heard one of the residents was dead for 7 days and nobody even knew about it. I'm sure there are other places much better suited for caring for the elderly.

Wonderful people and nice apartments.Everyone is friendly and there are a lot of events to attend and socialize with our neighbors.

Optimist Village is a beautiful property full of life and amenities every senior would appreciate. The manager truly adores her residents and is committed to making the property safe, clean, and fun all while providing services to ease the resident's burdens. I highly recommend this property for any senior wanting a quiet beautiful apartment while still enjoying living a highly social and independent life!
Had a great time at their resident hosted garage sale. Prices were amazing. Good selection
I am extremely happy with the new management. I had previously went to the property to consider my Mother possibly relocating but the interaction I encountered with the previous management was awful, I left without even taking the tour. After hearing that new management has taken over I decided to go back and start fresh needless to say I am so happy that I did! My contact person was Gina she was amazing! She was friendly, professional, courteous, well mannered, in a society that has forgotten manners! She patiently answered all my numerous questions. She simply went above & beyond! I left feeling a tremendous amount of relief & confidence not to mention happiness because I think I have found my Mother's new home thank you so much Gina & Optimist
