OSA Heritage is overall very good. Staff are very friendly. I moved my mother to OSA five years ago and we have been happy with level of care and services. They provide clean and sanitary facilities in a home environment. The owner has been very attentive to the health of my mother.
My loved one along with the other residents watches tv, sleep and eats and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience
I helped my friend move into Osa Heritage Homes roughly 7 years ago, after she lost her only child and became mildly demented. Ever since, the Facility has made life worth living for her. Whenever I visiThe staff are very friendly and receptive to visitors to the facility. I will definitely recommend the facility to anyone.
We put my MIL there. She was there for memory care. Lies! They let her sit in wet diapers. She has a very bad rash. Joe said she would be able to walk around outside. The ladies who take care of them are not certified. They don’t do background checks. They are being sued. Do not take your love ones there. They were not going to let us get her without paying them $3500. Her first day was Sept. 7. Some of the things they are doing is against the law. Thank God she is out of that awful place.
OSA Heritage Homes is a great place for someone like my father who is not mobile and essentially bedridden and needs all personal care performed for him. Cost/value for this care is great. If someone is Mobile, mentally sharp and capable of interacting with others and wants activities, A more assisted-living location would be better for them.
Very nice people, the owner worked with us financially to make it happen! As far as the activities go - maybe they could take the patient for a walk outside in the wheelchair. I would recommend OSA Heritage Homes to others looking.
I couldn't recommend Extended Senior Care Service to anyone. My loved one is no longer at this facility. I know that serval families have reported them to the State of Texas and they have been under investigation.
We trust the owner and staff to a good job with an occasionally irascible resident. They have displayed much patience. The staff have somewhat heavy accent which has probably been challenging for my brother, but he was already used to that from dealing with our late sister's caregivers. They're very competent and caring. The owner is considerate and helpful. I would recommend Osa (in fact, my wife and I agreed we would choose them for ourselves).
