4.5 · 83 reviewsHad the opportunity to visit Oxford Glen Carrollton on several occasions and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Alise took me on a tour of their community, and it was definitely planned for a "feels like home" feeling. Their community room is very open with lots of natural light, and A piano for residents to play.
My MIL has resided at Oxford Glen for three years and my wife is very pleased with her care. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and feel like family. Special thanks to William, Cristina, Keisha, Edith, Judy, Tyler, and Andreyah.
This place has great customer service and the staff is very friendly and the center is very clean.

There's no better place in Carrollton Texas to put your loved one with dementia! Tyler Smith, Activity Director, is making sure everyone is engaged ! The Mardi Gras Party coming up next will be next level ! We can't forget the caring nursing staff that is constantly attending the clients & making sure they are safe ! It's no surprise under the leadership of Andrea Carrier, Health Service Director! Alise Landers is ready to give you a tour of this amazing community!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Very reasonable for the care given.
Atmosphere and customer service is really important to me. Oxford Glen has just that! Alise and Andraya are friendly each time I stop by.
My wife has been a resident of Oxford Glen Carrollton for over 3 years and has received excellent care from the first day. I like the physical arrangement of the facility. Each of the five cottages has an assigned attendant and CNA. The facility has a primary nurse, an activity director with an assistant, front desk administrator, kitchen staff, cleaning and janitorial staff and then the primary administrator. Over the years there has been rotation in staffing, but each new hire seems to have the character of care and will take time to be kind. My list of favorites is too long and includes Francise, Jan, Peter, Robert, Shai, Dee, Cinthia, Ishmail, Martha, and so many more. Thank You All for your good hearts and the care you provide for my wife.
Edited 6/25/2025 Shout out to caregivers Faith and Peter in house 5 who go above and beyond in taking care of our family members. They are engaging, caring, and compassionate. Newcomer "J" , she does amazing as well. Still love Angela, the med tech. and Martha is so kind. Judy on the activity team, has such a beautiful soul. love her. Mom has now been here for 1 year and 5 months. We started a family council here to advocate for our loved ones and support each other when concerns arise. Looking forward to having a new ED.
