Courtney J and Dede were amazing to work with. We had the blessing to bring a husband closer to his wife. Great job to you both and the entire team!
The new Admin Eshauna is just what the Oaks need. DeeDee does a fantastic job as well. The CNA staff treats my Dad really well.
I want to express my appreciation for Eshanna. She has been extremely helpful whenever I’ve called to check on my father. In the past, I’ve struggled to get clear information or timely responses, but Eshanna has changed that completely. She’s professional, caring, and very prompt in returning my calls. I feel confident and reassured knowing she’s the Administrator she truly makes a difference!
the staff are great and the facility is clean.
Friendly and professional staff . You can see that the care
Amazing facility!!!
Today my Aunt Connie went to be with Jesus. She lived her at Paradigm at the Oak. When I first saw this facility I thought oh my, it’s not gonna be a good place. Well…..what’s that saying??? Don’t judge a book by its cover??? This facility is absolutely AMAZING. EVERY SINGLE staff member I came in contact with was very friendly and sweet. All the sweet residents were very well taken care of and so sweeet!!!!!!! The staff spoke to them and interacted with them as they passed in the hall. The facility was clean and smelled wonderful!!!! I could tell my Aunt Connie was well loved by all, and that sure made my heart happy!! I got to visit with the hospice team that took care of Aunt Connie. There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am to them and this facility! Thank you for your dedication and love. May God Bless You All!!!!
My father was there for 2 years they were keeping him over medicated, telling me and my mom that's how he's going to be for the remaining of his life until a situation happened that he needed to go to the hospital when he got to the hospital they told us he went in there for malnutrition when the facility said it was for an infection of something else I never took my father back there now my dad talks walks and he's doing really good in his life now..
