The facility is well cleaned. The clients are happy and the staff are unbelievable. They’re great people they’re accommodating and they tend to everybody’s needs. I’ve seen more clients there with smiles on the face. Having such a good time and it’s the best environment I’ve seen in a long time.
They took the best care of my neighbor!! Highly recommend using them if needed. Friendliest staff ever! Shout it to Samieka and Teharo!! Y’all rock!!

I have been here since April 2026 and staff has been great, friendly, and helpful. My care has been good, food is good and enjoy the activities. I would recommend this facility to anyone and the Marketer is great as well.
I have been at Paradigm for close to a year & a half. I appreciate the kind, caring staff & the theropy dept. has helped me so much & continue to encourage me. We have many fun activities in which we have developed friendships that I'll always cherish!
Paradigm of the Pines is an ideal choice for me. After a stroke and injury at home, I was no longer able to take care of myself. The nursing and aide staff ft are very talented and caring. The kitchen is very clean and well run. I am thankful for Psradigm. I am treated very well here. Truett Helms
My stay was good. There was a lot opportunities to socialize with others. All staff were kind and polite. And if I needed such services again I would come back again.
