Paradigm at Woodwind Lakes

If you care about the health and well-being of your loved one, do not let them stay at Paradigm at Woodwind Lakes. Roaches, unsanitary conditions, awful food, puddles of urine left on the floor, the smell of dirty diapers, residents are yelled at and not treated with dignity. Do not be fooled by the slick photos on their website or FB page, this place looks nothing like those photos. Your family member’s new clothing will “disappear” on a regular basis and the staff will tell you that’s just too bad. Residents have a shared clothing pile, which is not a safe or sanitary practice. It is a depressing place with virtually no mentally stimulating activities other than Bingo games. If you have a concern you will be treated with rudeness by CMAs and the many directors who are always too busy to return emails or calls. Go to Medicare.gov and read about this facility’s poor record, they don’t even have a rating because they’re a special focus facility due to numerous failed inspections, fines, safety issues. If I could give -0 stars I would, disgusting, horrible place.

I have a had the most of a great experience each visit because of a young man named DEMONTRAY (Tray) WILLIAMS he is stylish and his etiquette and people skills are out of this world! I told him I’d write a review on how fantastic he is. Thanks to him this particular paradigm location has a spiritual light about it especially when he is at work. He deserves praises and acknowledgment for his great works and efforts. Never seen someone who goes so hard for a company even when no one is looking. He is not seeking a thank you or a token of appreciation but he does so much God like work quite often. He prays for us and quotes scripture to the hopeless. He gives a new meaning to life. I mean every word. God bless you guys for having him. :)
