I was at Park Manor off and on for over six months! After a automobile accident with very minor injuries, I had numerous complications and setbacks, so I kept getting sent back to the hospital and then would have to come back to Park Manor to begin again with therapy. Let me start with the therapy department. Nicole and her entire staff were absolutely excellent. They pushed when they needed to push, they listened when they needed to listen and always they were supportive. Both the occupational therapy and the physical therapy teams were absolutely great! Personally, I did not have any contact with the speech therapists, but I'm confident they would have been great, too. There are too many to list all the names, but my sincere thanks to everyone I worked with and everyone I came into contact with in the therapy department! (And special love to Linda!) The nursing staff and the aides (CNA's) were caring and dedicated. They are understaffed and overworked, so the response time sometimes was longer than it should've been, but they were all trying the best of their abilities. Mindy, Liz, Shena, Tweety and so many more names - I can't begin to list all - put their heart into their work and felt like family! I can honestly say I miss them! And the wound care team was excellent. The facility is nice, all those shared rooms can lead to some unpleasant situations. And the air-conditioning system leaves a good bit to be desired. Meals were adequate, not wonderful but sufficient. And there were others - Cheyenne, Lindsey, and others in admissions and administration that were also excellent. One of the best testimonies I can provide is that after insurance told me I had used all my benefits. I chose to pay for two more weeks of care and therapy out-of-pocket. And if the situation arose again, I would definitely do it again. My thanks to everyone at Park Manor! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The workers at the facility are friendly and kind. They treat you like family. They make sure your bathed, feed and helped in all ways. Elizabeth the cna is a hardworking person. She runs this place without her it would not be great. The therapy is also very great. They work you very hard to get you back on your feet. Special thanks to Nicole, Emily, Diana, Marcia, Brian, Anthony, Melanie and lenda. They are all kind and make sure they put the patients first.

The best place for therapy. They are very professional and helpful. Special shout out to the entire therapy team. Nicole, Emily, Diana, Anthony, Brian, Melanie and Linda. The nursing staff is great. Nurse Vicki is awesome. CNA's Elizabeth, Jessica, Sheena, and Lisa helped me so much. Amelia and Tee helped me daily they are great. Thank you to everyone at Park Manor for getting me back on my feet and on my way home. Hugs and kisses love Wanda

To the CNA Elizabeth who is a very awesome worker at park manor cyfair she work to make sure that each person gets the care that they need. She takes her job very serious like she is the only one on duty. Also there is Miss Vicki who also works in that area to and other staff members. Thanks to you all especially to Elizabeth. And then there is the Rehab with Anthony, Emily, Melanie, Linda, J.R. Brain,Marcia, Diana, they are a bunch of caring individuals that made me want to do rehab when I did not feel like it, but after it was all done it was all good. You all are the best in your jobs good luck in your future and may God forever bless each one of you as you progress in your life. Again thanks I can’t say that enough to you all. Love forever (Linda Jones) patient 308 B.

Because my husband was at Park Manor for a long time the staff felt like they were family. Diana, the occupational therapist along with the physical therapy team Anthony, Emily, Melanie, Brian provided the best skilled services. Regarding the nursing staff, although I can’t remember all the names of the nurses, Caroline, Amy, Nancy & the rest of the CNA team and nurses assistant were very caring and compassionate. Wound care team: Arielia & Dr. Wang were outstanding and showed their expertise skills in caring for my husband’s wounds. The Cheyenne was very helpful with coordinating everything that was needed for my husband’s stay.

I want to say I have a very good experience during my stay here. The rehab team is great, very patient and push me to keep going, specially Diana, she took the time to educate me about the whole process of healing and staying healthy. Anthony is great very methodic and diligent during treatment, also, Emily is very strict and passionate. Thank you all! CNAs Liz, Alisha & Shenna thank you for your daily support. .

Therapy was great! The staff is friendly, helpful and extremely motivating. Liz the CNA is awesome. She's very caring and gets the job done. Nicole the rehab director, Anthony, Melanie, Emily, Diana and Brian we are good therapists. Sydney the night nurse is very helpful and understanding. Vickie, Sheena and Cheyenne the social worker was awesome as well. She is very knowledgeable.

This is the best care that I've received in a skilled nursing facility! The therapy is the best. They come in and walk me daily. Nicole the rehab director is very attentive! Brian ,kazi and Melanie are good PTs. Liz the CNA is also great. MsJessica in admissions comes to check on me everyday.
