I have been in this facility for two weeks and I can see I am doing progress with my health. Therapy department specifically Rehab Tech Muaz who always make sure I get my OT,ST and physical therapy. Amazing service
I have been resident of this amazing facility, the whole Therapy department including OT,PT and ST. Their director Melanie is so helpful and I want to mention M.Muaz for his amazing work and always make sure I get my therapy.

I recently posted a review about my mom’s stay at Park Manor. During her stay, the care she received was good, and I was pleased with her overall experience. Unfortunately, once your loved one leaves and you need documentation, the experience is completely different. Two weeks ago, I requested my mother’s complete medical records and spoke with Greg. From the beginning, the process has been frustrating. I called and came in person multiple times, and a week later the records still were not ready. When I called again on Wednesday, I was told they would be available on Friday. When I arrived Friday, I was informed for the first time that there would be a $38 charge for the records. This was never mentioned during any of my previous phone calls or my in person visit. To make matters worse, the employee who normally accepts payments was out for the week, so I was asked to send the payment through Cash App. After finally receiving the records and reviewing them at home, I discovered that several records I had specifically requested were missing. When I returned to address the issue, Greg’s response was essentially that the person responsible for handling the records would not be back until next week. At that point, my request had already been pending for two weeks. Throughout the process, Greg was dismissive, showed little concern, and seemed completely unconcerned about the delays despite knowing I am working under time sensitive deadlines. I have remained patient and respectful, but enough is enough. Thankfully, Ms. Armisha overheard the conversation and immediately took the initiative to reach out to someone who may be able to help resolve the issue. Her willingness to step in and assist was greatly appreciated. I am hopeful that I will not have to wait another two weeks for records that should have been provided correctly the first time.
I was admitted to Park Place Cypress location for physical and occupational therapy after having sustained fracture of the right pelvis resulting from a fall on Easter Sunday. My experience with the entire staff at Park Manor was exceptional - everyone was so kind and helpful, from the nurses, nurses aids, food servers, everyone! AND THE THERAPISTS: I CAN'T ADEQUATELY EXPRESS HOW MUCH THEY HELPED ME THROUGH MY SESSIONS. ANTHONY AND D WERE SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING WITH ME. I will always be grateful to the staff at PP.
Im sure this will be taken down by the company, buy this was the worst decision i have made taking care of my dad. My dad was there for only 3 days and he was brought back smelly, wet, and his diper was caked full of fecal matter. I mean like he was not changed the entire 3 days. And they so happen to forget to send back all of his medication that i sent. Until i called and threw a fit. Im going to suggest that no one uses this place. They don't care about the patient. Or atleast they didn't care about my dad. Never Again. They should be shut down.
Therapy is great , hands on with my husband.
My overall impression of Park Manor Cypress Station is that they have a strong and dedicated staff. The rehab team, in particular, is very impressive and clearly skilled at what they do. I truly appreciate that they allowed me to come in, use the bike, and encouraged me to try standing on my own as part of my progress. Their guidance and support have helped me improve, and I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made thanks to the rehab staff. The staff does a great job of encouraging the people they work with and creating a positive impact on many patients. They are patient, supportive, and focused on helping individuals regain strength and independence. As for meals, although there were times when the portions or options—like meat—weren’t exactly what I expected, I understand that not everyone has the same dietary preferences. They did make changes periodically, which I appreciated. The facility itself is pretty good overall. I’ve heard some patients say they were not treated well here, but in my experience, a lot of that can depend on the individual situation and behavior. Personally, I’ve had a positive experience and recognize that respect goes both ways. Overall, I’m thankful for the care and support I’ve received here, especially from the rehab staff.
