I've been coming to Park Manor Quail Valley for about two years, and it has consistently been a pleasant experience. I'm always greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who are friendly, professional, and quick to direct me where I need to go. The administrator, Rodney, has been incredibly helpful and always takes the time to answer my questions clearly and thoroughly. The Director of Nursing is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about both patients and their families. I was in need of ot/pt therapy for my right shoulder after a surgery I needed from a wreck. I chose PMQV rehab department. Though they did not have cutting edge equipment (neither do I), they had what was needed for me to have the therapy to regain use of my right arm. No matter what recovery is tough. I paid out of pocket and I was seen by Anu and Nimmy. They are both very easy to work with and have different styles to help you. They both paid attention to me in my sessions making sure I stayed within my limits and not over do it with my excersizes. They gave me clear instructions and taught…

I paid out of pocket and I was seen by Anu and Nimmy. They are both very easy to work with and have different styles to help you. They both paid attention to me in my sessions making sure I stayed within my limits and not over do it with my excersizes. They gave me clear instructions and taught me what/how to do what was needed at home. The whole department was there to assist me and all the clients if needed, as I saw them working as a team. They were very attentive to how I was handling the therapy and what I was able to do and work up to do. The atmosphere was pleasant with no added pressure. The environment was clean and controlled even when busy with other clients. Very nice people all throughout the facility. It is located inside a nursing home for the elderly. I didn't mind at all. If you care consider that, but it did not have anything to do with my recovery or sessions. I could tell they cared about me and my recovery. And that is important to me. I am getting stronger for it. Thank you Anu and Nimmy. I would recommend the facility for ot/pt care for the people there will help you reach your ot/pt goals. I am grateful.
LaVera and her team have been fantastic. Prompt, clean and wonderful people. The unit managers and nursing staff make you feel like your part of the family.
Awesome facility for your family. This location provides excellent care and takes care of their patients well. From the awesome social worker Ms. LaVera making the discharge process easy and seamless to just being kind in general. The activites held weekly have been a perfect engagement, Alana is very sweet and creative. Mark, Phil & Kesha have all been a great help as well! From The Activites team, 2 assessment nurses are awesome! The nursing staff, Rehabilitation team and receptionist they all collectively have provided an excellent experience, your family will be in safe hands under their care.
The care my sister got was poor! Some caretaker got my sister out of bed improperly and her hip came out of socket twice. Then after she got back after surgery they finally got her up properly, but the physical therapist or Raven were the only ones that would let her walk to her chair. There was times on weekends she would never get out of bed. Also, the social worker never called in orders for her physical therapy, or sent any discharge paperwork. I could go on and on, so needless to say she came home very week when she should of been walking building up strength. Thank God she is home and building up her strength. Be careful if your going into skilled nursing!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Park Manor Quail Valley for the care, compassion, and support they provided to my mother and our family. During a very difficult time, the staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and respect. The nurses, caregivers, therapists, and support staff were always attentive and caring. Their patience and dedication brought comfort not only to my mother but also to our family. We deeply appreciate the efforts they made to ensure she was as comfortable as possible. Thank you to everyone at Park Manor Quail Valley for your professionalism, compassion, and commitment to serving your residents. Your care and kindness will always be remembered and appreciated.
For the two years my mom was with Park Manor, before she passed, the nurses and staff loved my mom like family. They cared for her with dignity and respect from the time she arrived until she passed on to glory. They were fantastic at communicating. The social worker put my mom and her desires above everything. I was finally able to find peace when my mom was in their care. I can’t recommend enough.
My experience at Park Manor of Quail Vallery was great. CNA's Ms. Kim, Karla, and T. Johnson were attentive, kind and patient. The nurses Nyeshia and Sonya made sure my PRN medication were available when needed. Shay, cleaned and bandaged my wounded knee daily. She also taught me how to care for the knee when discharged.
