Jonathan is trustworthy, he does what he says he will do and follows up on it. He reliable, dependable, and smells good. Visits me frequently.
Horrible. On their watch my grandma ended up in the ICU due to sepsis due to UTI bc they wouldn’t change her enough. They said her vitals were fine yet when we took her to the hospital she had a fever of 103. Horrible. We reported them to adult protective services as well as reported them to Medicaid

My mom’s wound care nurse,Caitlyn is such a delight, very meticulous and serious about her work. She is approachable and explains everything she is doing and the progress of mom’s healing. If you need anything, she goes beyond her duties to help. Great job Caitlyn!💕 My mom’s CNAs are Larry and Michael who work very hard with a smile! Michael makes my mom smile every time she sees him! These two gentlemen and great! I hope they are recognized for their outstanding service.
I am glad I read all your reviews. My brother had brain surgery on the 27th of February and this was the facility on list. I was not so sure, but after doing a little research along with all the nice reviews I am convinced this is the place he should be for rehabilitation. Thanks
Eddie and his team are the best people to help you reach your goals so that you may recover quickly. This is my second visit at this facility and it has always been rewarding for me.
When I got here I couldn't walk and was in bad health. After the great help with the therapy I was walking again. The therapist were great everyday with me gaining my strength and helping me in everyway possible to become independent. It was a journey but with all the help I received I am very happy and great full for all the help.
Park Manor Westchase hosted the best Thanksgiving party for residents and their families. The entire staff knocked it out of the park. Great food and entertainment!
