RE: Park Plaza Nursing Home, Mart, TX The State of Texas closed this facility down on or about 9-6-214. I went to visit someone there today (9-8-14), and I got the most uneasy feeling as I parked my car in front of it. The placed was locked up and all the patients were gone; there were two cars there, and after I beat on the door long enough, someone came to the door and her answer to everything was "I don't know."..... Well, 30 min. later after asking someone who worked at another nursing home, I learned it had been closed by the state. But, why won't they tell me where my friend went? I…

Mrs. Urbantke is 101 years old, and she needs ALL her few friends that are still alive!
