I'd give a zero of I could. My family member went there for therapy and he was sedated so much he couldn't do it. He was never awake enough to eat fully. Knowing he couldn't feed himself yet would put the tray down and not even try. We had to do it it. He was left in his shirts for days and had a soiled brief. Instead of recovering he was deteoriating. He left there and is now in the hospital recovering from pneumonia, bed sores and malnutrition. No patient deserves that kind of treatment. Please stay away from this place. Do your research.

Do NOT take your loved ones here. There are some nurses who very much care about the patients and there are those who act like your bothering them when your family member needs help. My family member was highly sedated and unable to barely eat because of it. He wasnt able to even do therapy. His shirts would be left on for days and his brief not changed. He left there with pneumonia, malnourished and with bed sores. Not one should be treated that way Thank God he's recovering. I can finally see the white of his eyes after a month. I do want to praise the weekend nurses. They were very…

My Aunt was there for 6 weeks and she was very impressed by the way she was treated and taken care of. The staff was great and very supportive and caring. The food was good and she had no complaints. I highly recommend that if you need to go to a facility for any reason please call Parkwood in the Pines.

This building gives you all the home vibes you need. It’s a beautiful building with great staff. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a nice, clean, professional place that has a cozy home feeling to it.

Great place to bring your love ones. Friendly staff. Good food. They will take care of your loved one like they are their own. It's a beautiful building.

Beautiful facility for short term and long term that is the best Lufkin has to offer!

Horrible place . They get paid more per day by Medicaid if ur loved one has IV .. chf patient died from fluids given .. the mds guy starts the IVs and the DoN friend charts as if ur family was dehydrated. Patients swollen up and more ..

Therapy department is great and has outpatient based therapy available.
