Pasadena Post Acute is the best Facility we have ever dealt with in reference to staff, accommodations, nurses, questions, concerns n overall I would rate Pasadena Post Acute 100 percent wonderful Facility! Keep up the wonderful work everyone! We appreciate all of you n we love you all! 👍❤️

I've been at pasadena post acute for 2 years now and my experience has been great. The staff here is very nice. The nurses and med aids are good at being on time with medication. The wound care team is the best, always on point.

I've been here for 3 years now. The staff is great ! Im currently on therapy services and I love it. What makes me love it is the staff. The therapy staff is friendly and tentative.

From the moment we walked into the building, we felt genuinely welcomed. Lizzie was absolutely wonderful throughout our tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. She made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived, which made what can be an emotional process much more comfortable. The staff we met were friendly, caring, and engaged with the residents, and it was clear they are dedicated to providing exceptional memory care. We left feeling confident that our loved one would be safe, respected, and well cared for here. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing community with a compassionate team and a truly welcoming environment, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. This community exceeded our expectations!

They can do better... Seemed like all the CNA'S took their breaks at the same time. The receptionist was not happy we walked in because she said she has been trying to go smoke a cigarette and people keep coming in. She was big mad. Once she saw I was holding the door for a family member she smacked her lips and walked through the glass door to go to the smoking area... My family member was in such severe pain and I couldn't understand why. I asked if she could get some pain medication because she was literally crying big tears. It was the charge nurse, like I said all the aids were on break. She said yes she can give her something for pain. I go back to her bedside, only one sheet folded underneath her and the blanket had dried puss stains. So if course I realized she has a bet sore... Smh... I went back to the nursing station and ask please I can't take her crying, please give her something for her pain. Long story short. She was going to give her 2: Tylenol 325 mg.... I said no ma'am, that is not going help her to find out she hadn't been given anything no Tylenol no Morphine! She has to verbally ask for her medication... I asked can they please control her by giving it to her every 6/8 hrs so she doesn't have to suffer in pain until a love one comes in to check on her... Smh....

My grandmother was admitted to this facility and they allowed the granddaughter to make decisions regarding my grandmother instead of reaching out to her daughter and without notifying my mom they transferred my grandmother to hospice. State needs to be notified of their practices.
