Resident & family reviews

I went there to visit my friend and I was told the food is horrible and they get in no hurry to make the patients feel at home. Especially when you have other patients coming in your room and harassing them. That goes for a screaming room mate. My friend is a Christian lady who's use to being in a quiet home but bc she lost her husband she had to go into this facility. I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't recommend putting your family members in a nursing facility unless it is a last resort!! Its a cruel world for them!! I know bc my Mom was put in one of the worst facilities in Oklahoma!!

Long term hall is terrible for our love one. He's been in the same cloths 4 days now. His diaper supposed to be change 3 times a day and the last few day's we have to drive over here and change his soiled diaper that he wears all day and night till one of us come over. It's not short staffed at this point it's neglect .

Love the staff, good volunteer program, excellent inspection results, and the residents are very social and fun!

My loved one passed away 106 days ago, they owe me a reimbursement for the remainder of Nov 2025 and I have contacted them in person and by email, but they are still working on returning this money. 106 !days!! Horrible accountability

The staff here is top notch! Responsive to questions and the needs of their residents:)

We would love it if y'all got in contact with our family about my grandmothers discharge papers. I had been in contact with the facility for over 2 months about taking her out of Pecan tree to move her closer to family in Colorado. All was great up until the day we went to get her out and Nicole the social worker took us on a wild goose hunt all the way down to Irving to go grab her oxygen which I was told it was supposed to be delivered that day we had a 12-hour long drive back home that we needed to get back on the road. Nicole did show me where she put in her note that my nana needed her oxygen ASAP but telling her family that it would be there today without actually knowing and then talking with the oxygen people and they said that you didn't even send her orders in until half of the day was already over and they told you they weren't delivering until that following Tuesday. So after multiple phone calls the hour something drive down to Irving we get back to the nursing home thinking okay we're good to go by this time it's probably around 6:00 p.m. and the nurse had absolutely no clue what we were talking about that she was being discharged. Nothing had been updated by Nicole. Not even a note. So this nurse told us just to take her because she couldn't hold her but she couldn't give us her discharge papers because they were never made. Nicole had told me she was getting her discharge papers ready before we left to Irving.. so honestly I don't know if this place just wanted to keep her in there for some reason maybe the payment they were receiving I don't know how that works. And as far as putting your loved one in this place please do not if it had been up to me my nana would have never been in this place as I had worked there before and can't even imagine how badly it's gotten. The staff had a lot of bad things to say about how the facility is ran. When we got there to get her I was asking her questions and the first thing she said was that they wouldn't let me walk in this place they would always tell me get back in that bed "that I didn't need to walk." Or when the nurse said that my nana didn't bother them much and my nana made the comment yeah I didn't bother you all because y'all would never come anyways. I honestly don't know what all my nana went through in there but I do know that she is home and she is up walking and she is telling herself that she is so proud. Again pecan tree please give us our Nana's discharge papers!!! Nicole you have been very irresponsible on doing your job. When calling me you had a whole bunch of questions about what my plan was for my nana and I told you it's to get her home with her family get her into her doctors and get her settled. You had absolutely no plan for me you knew that I was driving 12 hours down there and 12 hours back you knew what our circumstances was I still don't understand why you did what you did. But I hope that next time a family is just trying to get their loved one maybe do your job.

Building is well kept up and cleaned, housekeeping staff is amazing. The level of care is on point striving for success and the betterment of the residents who live here.

Worst place to put your loved ones Or less you don’t mind then to leave them in there own bodily fluids
