3.2 · 17 reviewsI visited pine showdow retreat yeterday i tell you i got sick to my stomach tge residents were all unattened for in the hallways the smell was gross they had tgese big machines in all the hallways trying to get the smell out rooms where in need of Mayor repair i would not but my dog in this place. Let alone myself or a relative. This place needs to be closed down let alone call it a retreat so sad to have seen this
A place I would put my relative and be able to leave them without worry. I personally know the core team (Administrator, Director of Nursing and the Medical Social worker) and I must say they work together like a well oiled machine. They know what quality patient care is. Use Pine Shadow Retreat if you want great patient care and a peace of mind! Call them today!
I could not have chosen a better residence for my dad. Everyone is so attentive. Cleanliness is above expectation. My dad is very pleased and has never complained. He loves mealtimes and fun times.

The staff in this facility are attentive and helpful. The appearance of the building just shows that you can't judge by appearance. Really glad my mother received her therapy here. I would recommend them to anyone.
People are really genuine and have the upmost respect for others..definitely enjoyed my visit
Very professional facility. The staff is kind and very genuine. The administrator at this building takes the time to make sure the building is always running correctly and is clean.
Great employees
Pathetic in that the person I know in here has had things stolen from his room. Several items as well as cash. The staff does not bring all his laundry back and they are rude, laughing at him because of his health condition and not letting him get up and move around. Not only is the staff's behavior unprofessional and inappropriate, but inhumane as well. I can't speak for everyone that works there but the people suppose to be taking care of my friend are downright insulting.
