I was shocked when she told me she couldn't provide even basic pricing information unless I first disclosed detailed information about my parents' financial situation. That immediately made me uncomfortable, and I wasn't willing to share sensitive financial details just to learn what the community charges. To make matters worse, after asking for all of that personal information, Christine stopped responding altogether. Christine was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. I was shocked when she told me she couldn't provide even basic pricing information unless I first disclosed detailed information about my parents' financial situation. That immediately made me uncomfortable, and I wasn't willing to share sensitive financial details just to learn what the community charges. To make matters worse, after asking for all of that personal information, Christine stopped responding altogether. The whole experience felt frustrating, unprofessional, and left me questioning the transparency of this community's sales process. Families looking for independent living deserve straightforward pricing and respectful communication—not pressure to disclose private financial information before they can even determine whether a community is affordable. Based on my experience, I would look elsewhere.

This beautiful community stands out with spacious residence, impeccably maintained amenities and the talented chef who delivers decadent meals. Stop by and ask for the incredibly amazing Lonnie Channing Sales Director. Lonnie will treat you to an executive style tour that just might have you ready to call Pioneer Ridge home.

I love this cute community! It has a home-like atmosphere and I love the music played throughout the community. The staff are very friendly and helpful and anyone would be lucky to get to live there! Their sales director is also incredible and I personally know that she only works at places that she believes in with integrity and would never work somewhere that didn’t take care of its’ residents. Wonderful place for your loved one!
Great senior community
We sure enjoyed touring Piomeer Ridge! The staff and residents were very friendly! It's nice to know that managers live on site and it's all-inclusive. We stayed for a meal after the tour and the food was amazing! I highly recommend Pioneer Ridge!
Have enjoyed living here almost 2 months now. My husband enjoyed it for 4 weeks before he went to be with Jesus. I've applied for a widow's pension through the VA, so I hope that will enable me to stay.
The community is friendly. They encourage residents to know and lookout for each other. The environment is safe. They plan community events to bring the residents together.
