Currently being held hostage! My nurse, Connie approximately 5 ft 10 to 5 ft 11. brunette with short hair graying. Crosses through our arms across your chest a lot. Her supervisor told me that there are cameras in the ceiling which is a lie. Want to go home. Mentally alert and ready to go according to the physical therapist. The nurse refuses to open the window so I don't freeze to death because they're air conditioner is broken on freezing. Even though it was done for me yesterday by other staff. Was left in a wet bed since 2:00 a.m. it's now 9:40 a.m. now I've been in a wheelchair for over an hour still waiting for it to be changed. The staff love to torture people emotionally at least that would be the case considering they do it non-stop almost all of them. Don't seem to have the time to come clean my bed so that I can get back in it I'm stuck in my wheelchair. CONNIE LIED TO HER SENIOR NURSING STAFF ABOUT GIVING ME MY MORNING MEDS. Now I'm told that they can't give me anything since I signed the release forms. But she knew that that would happen didn't she. They just back up their staff they don't give a damn. WAS TOLD BY NURSE'S SUPERVISOR THAT I NEED TO BE THE BUILDING OR I HAD TO AGREE TO TEAR UP THE FORM THAT I SIGNED TO LEAVE AGAINST THEIR ADVISEMENT. She refused to put me on the toilet so I can have a bowel movement. She tore it up in front of my face over the toilet, before she pulled up my pants and sat me down. I have chronic arthritis and I'm 65 years old I report every place like this that I have been I've been in because they torture people because their lives are lousy. It's just that simple. Have only been here 3 days. Begged them to get me out of the wheelchair because it made my back pain worse was in the wheelchair until 3:00 p.m.

If you love your family member/friend please consider another place! Would NEVER recommend this place!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. My stable family member rapidly declined within a week of being here. Bare minimum communication and very neglectful on top of unsanitary. Please consider a different place for your loved one.

You’re taking very good care of my husband right now Very detail orientated people pay attention what you needed for that particular person. If there’s a crisis there calm collected they do it they need to do I’m watching them. They are very good with what they do.

These facilities are an embarrassment to healthcare. My family member was there and this is an extremely unprofessional Ill mannered behaved facility all the way to their administrative. This patient has a deadly infection and these facilities discharged a patient home with no care at home for the patient or family member to help this patient. This patient was medicated incorrectly and these so called professionals in this facility do not care about their patients or they are for them. This a completely unsafe and unprofessional place to place you're family member. Be aware of this place. This is not the facility that needs to be trusted with anyone family member.

If you are on a ventilator here they don't have a Respiratory Therapist on site. The Respiratory Therapist from the LTAC side has to cover the the LTAC facility and the skilled nursing facility. It is a terrible situation. Not a LTAC. Maybe a nursing home.

It wouldn't let me rate 0 Stars. Facility is dirty. My mom is in the room with 2 men and 1 woman. No bathroom. Not on any monitors. No bathroom in room. Horrible doctor but the staff is polite I'll give them that 1 star

I have never been seen a place where they feed you lunch after 1:00 pm I was like wow ! Bad enough people are sick now they sick and starving!
