Been to a lot of communities and this is the first time I’ve had someone explain everything and give me their full attention. Nicole and Terrie are great. Terrie went to go meet me because I was lost. I have never had that service. Please bring your loved one here!
I must say this is the best decision we made for my father ! Nicole and her staff are so welcoming and made my father really feel at home . They always have the best activities for their residents! Highly recommend this beautiful facility that residents can call home.
The Gardens of Buda Assisted Living & Memory Care offers a warm, friendly environment where residents feel comfortable and connected. The community has a calm atmosphere, and the residents are kind and engaged. Kat, the Activities Director, is attentive and genuinely caring. Her thoughtful programming helps create meaningful, social experiences that enhance daily life. It’s clear this is a community where compassion and quality of life truly matter.
I really enjoyed the care that this place provides. They are one big family. They love to entertain the elderly and the take great care of them also! It always a happy and positive vibe every time I go to visit my patients. There are a lot of amazing people here!
I am very pleased with the exceptional care and support provided at Provident Buda Assisted Living and Memory Care. From the moment I first visited, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication to ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and valued. The facility itself is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to promote comfort and independence while maintaining a strong focus on safety and wellbeing. The memory care program, in particular, provides structured activities and personalized attention that bring peace of mind to families. The team communicates consistently and clearly, ensuring that loved ones are always informed and involved in care decisions. It is evident that the staff members truly care about their residents, treating each person with dignity, patience, and kindness. Overall, Provident Buda Assisted Living and Memory Care exemplifies excellence in senior care. I highly recommend this community to families seeking a supportive, nurturing, and professional environment for their loved ones.
Me and my family have recently moved into this community with new management. I was a bit scared when it first started obviously not knowing what was going to happen, but this has been the most wonderful transition.Nicole has been absolutely amazing her team as well they have been so loving and caring to my mother I couldn’t ask for a better place to have my mother from the bottom of my heart thank you !
This place needs to be shut down. New management is horrible and does not care about residents. Many violations which need to be investigated. Employees are extremely unprofessional as well as "management". The neglect of these residents is horrific and hopefully family members will speak up to new management.
Provident at Buda is s terrible place. Nicole, the manager never responds to emails about concerns or problems. When she is confronted, she will not help. The food here is terrible and most times inedible. Not cooked correctly and many times, residents complain, wont eat and leave it. Food is very cheap most times. Breakfast though is really good. The medications dispensing is terrible also. Today again my mom's medications were not brought to her, and hospice had to go and remind them. The medication policy here is terrible. Many times meds were not ordered on time and mom had to do without for at least 4 days. The on call Nurse Practitioner is also not good. She took a vacation with no back up provider, and there were serious health problems with my mother. The staff at Provident were told to monitor mothers blood pressure every day for two weeks and they did not do it. After an ER event concerning mothers heart, she returned to Provident with Dr instructions to start taking a new medication. The nurse at Provident would not do it. It took almost two weeks to get them to get the medication administered. Save your loved ones from misery and dont live at Provident !!
