Provident Crossings Retirement Resort

I am so grateful to call this place my home. They have so much to offer. The cost may seem high at first but when you realize you get 3 hot meals a day plus snacks available 24 hours, all utilities paid except for cell phone plus weekly housekeeping, you can't go wrong. Also our activities director offers us many opportunities for fun filled adventures. If you no longer drive, we are offered weekly shopping trips as well as medical appointments. Come make your home with us. We would love to have you as a neighbor Sue L. (Resident for almost 4 years)

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! My father is having a great experience at Provident Crossings Round Rock - and I am, too! The facility is fabulous, but what really stands out is the people - the staff, the management AND the residents. I enjoy joining him for lunch in the dining room and talking with the staff and residents. It is such a blessing to know that my father is living with people who care about him. Facility is extremely clean and uplifting. The activities are varied and fun. My father wishes he had moved to Provident Crossings sooner. HIGHLY recommend !

Hard pass! We came here to see the facilities, but walking through the doors the first thing you saw was an older lady walking around with a pronounced brown dot on the back of her pants. While this was happening, the female manager (with glasses) was too busy enjoying the different chocolates naming them off with another person! That's just what we saw walking in the door without even being greeted. What else do you not pay mind to?

They were always great to my grandma. The food is good, the staff are kind and everyone seems to have quite a pleasant life there. I’m glad my grandma spent her later years here.

I am very happy here, partly because of the staff but mainly because of the other residents. This is not a perfect place but it comes close.
