The nurses are excellent and caring and take really good care of your loved ones… And the place is kept really clean and the food is excellent. The whole staff are very polite. And the Activities and rehab is excellent.
The administration sucks
As the new marketer at Ralls Rehab Ranch, I have noticed many positive things. The activities are engaging and fun for the residents. The nursing staff is caring and attentive to each resident. Dietary staff goes above and beyond to make sure they serve tasty and nutritious meals. The therapy department is always on point with treating their patients to get them feeling better physically. I look forward to seeing what other great things go on at Ralls Rehab Ranch.

It’s a good place there’s just residents family’s that are hard headed & rude to the staff. There’s many people that don’t understand the things these employees have to put up with. They do their best and if y’all don’t like it send your family somewhere else, that simple
Its a nice place to work
I called to inquire about visitation, both the person answering as well as the Director of nursing were rude. If they are that way with someone they don't know and was just inquiring to get information for a family member, I would never send them here.
I just wanted to say that a worker(Marla)has my mom's debit card connected to her personal email. They are only out to get money from people...
