Issues that I've had with certain individuals at this facility are being handled appropriately. Administration has been attentive and immediate in their response. I'm confident my Mom will be treated with respect and care.
I had a great staying here, all people here were great and professional. Maribel was absolutely great courteous and kind. If you want the best rehabilitation you should come here.also Yolanda and Laura were great, they were life savers the best
I've been at Remington twice. I requested to go there both times. The Remington's staff is excellent. Jonathan & Carly, Joe & Amy are the A-team of nursing care & physical/occupational care respectively. Nothing else compares. If I'm ever in a position where I need care & rehab, this is where I will come.

I was here for physical therapy after a surgery. I was treated kindly. Like all of these kinds of places they do not have enough CNAs or nurses. But the ones here were kinda and and tried very hard to keep up with demand for patients. They made me feel welcome when I left there I unfortunately had to go back into the hospital. I could not find a lot of my personal items and they did everything in their power to find everything and I did get everything back. I think it was just a matter of someone putting some things in one place and some other things in another place. They went above and beyond to find all my property and then when I looked in my wallet I realize that $40 was missing. The medications that were in my purse and were prescribed to me, were missing too. when I requested to go back there to complete my therapy, they decided not to allow me back. Saying they were concerned with my drug use. ??? That really pissed me off. Two medications that I take and prescribed to me, so what really was the problem here. probably that I wouldn't allow them to not give me the treatment I deserved. And always spoke up when they were running 30 or more patients for one CNA. Which is a major staffing problem.
The facility is beautiful. They accommodated family. The nurses were kind, compassionate and took great care. It was the most difficult time ever... but this place made it more comfortable and I am grateful 🙏
