Renaissance Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

I have never been to a cleaner or more friendly facility than Renaissance. My husband and I are so happy that we were able to find this place for his Mom. She absolutely loves it there. It’s like all the residents are family. It’s not like some big homes where no one knows your name. The closeness of everyone there is simply heart warming. The staff, too many to name, are simply amazing. Mom is given the absolute best care that she could be given. The activities for the residents are wonderful and they have many of them each week. I could keep going on for hours praising them. If you need a place for a loved one, please know they will be loved and respected at Renaissance in Italy.

Staff is presenting a positive information but some where the wound care team has fallen short. Also there has been petty theft personal property it has been reported several times but it still happens but most of all administration feels like they don’t have to return calls purely unprofessionalizem.

I am incredibly grateful for the care my grandpa received at this facility . From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and truly attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well cared for. The facility is clean, and the activities kept them engaged. We felt at ease knowing our loved one was in such caring hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Excellent care! Place is run very well. Caring management and staff
