I couldn’t be happier from nursing, dietary to housekeeping. All departments do well and provide wonderful services for their patience
I would like to give my thanks to all the staff for taking care of my loved one. Staff is very caring and always see a smile on their face. The facility is clean and all patients are very happy. Really enjoyed visiting.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, compassionate, and professional. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and provides a warm and comforting environment. The nursing staff is attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every resident. The rehabilitation team is patient, encouraging, and committed to helping residents achieve their goals. My loved one received outstanding care and made significant progress during their stay. I would like to give special recognition to Activity Director Yamilex Moran, who is absolutely amazing. She brings energy, kindness, and creativity to the facility, making every resident feel included and valued. Knowing my loved one was in such caring hands gave our family peace of mind, and I highly recommend Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to anyone seeking quality care.
I cannot say enough great things about Rio GrAnde City Nursing And Rehabilitation Center. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff truly care about their residents. A special shoutout to Dietary Manager Klaryssa Lopez, who goes above and beyond every day to ensure residents receive nutritious meals, individualized attention, and excellent service. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassion make a real difference in the lives of the residents and their families. It’s clear that the team works hard to provide quality care and create a positive environment for everyone. Thank you for all that you do!
Visited a friend. Call system isnt answered too quickly. Light turns on but doesn't flash or ding. So resident is left for a good while. Facility was nice and so was staff. Sunday seemed short staffed compared to Mondays staff level.
Really nice place
Overall, the Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has the best nursing staff and customer service.
