4.4 · 130 reviewsGreat place we went to visit my relative on Saturday. River City Care Center is really clean plus it smelled nice in all area. It is a very structured community for my dad and the staff were nice but also, very accommodating, not only to my dad but our family members that visited. Holly the DON was onsite this weekend working on the floor but still made time for us in the dining area, during our visit to get to know us, as a family unit. The housekeeping has improved dramatically over last 3/4 months, as well. KUDOS to staff for a job well done! Thank you bunches! Sincerely, Delilah

Came to the facility to see my aunt and was very impressed by all the positive changes in the facility. You can tell new leadership is working on making this the true gem this neighborhood needs. The building is very clean and everyone is very welcoming. The new Activity Director was popping popcorn and showing the residents a retro movie which they were thoroughly enjoying. I can’t wait to watch the place grow!

My grandfather got transferred from this facility to another facility and they lost all his clothes. Then when I call up there they told me he didn’t have clothes there even though I personally brought his clothes and marked all of them with his initials.
River City Care Center was amazing! Everyone from the Director of Nursing, Floor Nurses, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, kitchen staff and the custodians were absolutely kind, caring, compassionate and professional. The Center is very clean at all times. Thank you to the discharge coordinator for your assistance getting mom back home. Thank you to everyone on staff at River City and God Bless you all!
River City Care Center is great! The staff have been amazing. They were very informative when my sisters and I first called to inquire about a place for our dad. The staff is so kind, caring for our dad and friendly to us. I appreciate the events they host for the residents each month and holiday. If you are looking for a place for an elder parent, I highly recommend River City Care Center. Thank you all for the kindness you have shown our dad and us. God bless the staff!
My oldest sister is in your facility. I went to visit with her on 1/7/25. I wanted to meet her nurse, the aides, and all those who give care to my sister. Naturally, as is typical of my sister and at her request, I had brought bags of goodies for her, her roomie, Jaime, Josh, Mary and the rest. When I arrived Jaime was bathing Karen and dressing her in a nice new set of clothes I’d brought.Jaime was a sweetheart. It was a pleasure meeting her and surprising her with/a few gifts as well. She adores my sister and it is reciprocated by Karen. They get along wonderfully & it was a breath of fresh air seeing Karen smiling, laughing, cracking jokes and entertaining Jaime and me. After dressing Karen, she and I went to the cafe area and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. Josh came up and I enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him while he took Karen’s vitals. Charming, good looking and dedicated to the care and well being of all his patients. Karens fortunate to have him care for her. In closing, I’d like to say that I enjoyed my visit with not only my sister, but with everyone I met. I was truly overjoyed to see Karen smiling and in such good spirits. It’s been almost 2 years since I can remember seeing her so happy, and it’s all attributed to RIVER CITY CARE Staff. Thank you!
